Health Integration Summits
Owners, coaches, and providers aligned through education and application
The Health Integration Summits, created by the CrossFit Medical Society (CFMS), are designed to help CrossFit affiliates expand health-focused services in a way that aligns with the CrossFit methodology while strengthening business sustainability.
These summits coincide with the release of the Health Integration Guide, a comprehensive framework developed by CFMS to support affiliates evolving into CFMS Health Hubs. Summit attendees receive first access to this guide, along with practical blueprints, tools, and workflows that translate health integration into real-world affiliate application.
The summits exist to address a growing reality: members want more support around health, prevention, and care navigation—but traditional healthcare systems are not built to meet them where they train. CFMS created these events to give affiliate owners and coaches a responsible, evidence-based pathway to meet that demand without increasing coaching hours on the floor.
At their core, the Health Integration Summits align health and healthcare with the CrossFit methodology. They connect public health, biomarkers, diagnostics, and lifestyle medicine to systems that can live inside the affiliate—without turning gyms into clinics. The result is increased member value, deeper engagement, and diversified revenue streams that support the affiliate long term.
A central feature of the summits is shared education. Affiliate owners and coaches are encouraged to attend alongside the healthcare providers already training in their gyms—physicians, PAs, dietitians, physical therapists—creating alignment, shared language, and collaborative care models rooted in the affiliate community.
Education and standards remain foundational. Healthcare providers earn CME credits, and coaches earn CEU credits, reinforcing that this work is grounded in evidence, professional education, and the CrossFit methodology.
The Health Integration Summits are not about adding complexity. They are about giving affiliates the tools, education, and blueprint to expand impact, strengthen their businesses, and lead health from the ground up—supported by the CrossFit Medical Society. community-based health, built in the affiliate, validated by the CrossFit Methodology.
