The CrossFit Medical Society™ (CFMS) envisions the CrossFit affiliate as a "health home" where individuals receive comprehensive support and guidance in their pursuit of wellness. 

In collaboration with CrossFit, LLC, the CFMS plans to educate CrossFit affiliates on how to serve as comprehensive health homes for their members. Long term, this will involve training affiliates to provide not only fitness coaching but also holistic healthcare guidance, including nutrition counseling, stress management, chronic disease prevention strategies, and how to refer to healthcare specialists. Initially, the CFMS will provide affiliates with educational resources like webinars, articles, and newsletters on topics such as connecting and communicating with local healthcare professionals and institutions and securing funding for specialized initiatives.
