CFMS members can purchase this lab panel directly through this portal. Once checkout is complete, a user account will be generated through a HIPAA compliant platform and the lab requisition will be sent via this portal.

Customers can expect their requisition within 12 hours of purchase.

CFMS members may choose to go to a LabCorp location for their draw. Use this LapCorp Location Finder to schedule your draw at a convenient location.

It is recommended to print the requisition and bring to the draw site. It is also recommended to schedule your draw time through LabCorp directly to avoid wait times.

Lab results will be loaded into the HIPAA portal and members will be notified via email.

Results take 5-7 business days once the draw is completed.
