Who Belongs in the Clinical Provider Network?
The Clinical Provider Network is open to licensed healthcare professionals from any discipline or specialty who support the role of fitness and lifestyle in health.
Eligible providers include (but are not limited to):
Physicians (MD, DO)
Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants
Doctors of Physical Therapy and Chiropractic
Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals
Other licensed providers
Clinical diversity is a strength.

For Clinical Providers
Provider Credentials & Alignment
To ensure quality, trust, and philosophical alignment, providers in the CPN must meet one of the following criteria:
Hold a valid CrossFit training credential
ORHave completed approved CME/CEU coursework offered by the CrossFit Medical Society
All Applicants Must:
Hold an active professional license in good standing
Practice within the scope of their licensure
Support the CrossFit methodology as a foundational health interventio
How to Join the Clinical Provider Network
Joining the CPN is a reviewed and approved process designed to maintain credibility and trust.
Step 1: Submit an Application
Complete the Clinical Provider Network application, including:
Professional credentials and licensure
Practice information
CrossFit credential or CFMS CME/CEU completion
Education turns into action
Step 2: Application Review
Applications are evaluated by CFMS for:
Licensure verification
Joining the CPN is a reviewed and approved process designed to maintain credibility and trust.

Credential alignment
Step 3: Approval & Onboarding
Approved providers are formally welcomed into the network.
