Sign-up and secure your place in the CrossFit Medical Society

Physicians

This membership tier is for board certified/licensed MDs and DOs who hold a CrossFit Credential (CFL1, CF-OL1, CFL2, HCP Fundamentals) and wish to be on the CFMS Provider Directory.

  • Once a membership is purchased, an application for the provider directory can be submitted. Upon approval, provider will be added to the directory.

  • Listed on provider directory; Priority registration for CMFS events, seminars; Discounts on CrossFit Courses; Newsletters; CFMS monthly Grand Rounds; and more.

  • Yearly Membership is $300.

Physical Therapists

This membership tier is for licensed DPTs who hold a CrossFit Credential (CFL1, CF-OL1, CFL2, HCP Fundamentals) and wish to be on the CFMS Provider Directory.

  • Once a membership is purchased, an application for the provider directory can be submitted. Upon approval, provider will be added to the directory.

  • Listed on provider directory. Priority registration for events, seminars, including discounts on courses and access to CME’s. Discounts on CrossFit Courses.

  • Yearly membership is $300.

Health Care Providers

This membership tier is for licensed HCP’s who hold a CrossFit Credential (HCP-Foundations course required) and wish to be on the HCP Directory.

  • Once a membership is purchased, an application for the HCP directory can be submitted. CF Credentials will be verified and HCP will be added to the directory.

  • Listed on HCP directory. Priority registration for CFMS events, seminars; discounts on CrossFit Course; Newsletter

  • Yearly membership is $249.

Health Care Professionals

This membership tier is for Health Care Professionals who do not currently hold an active CrossFit Credential.

  • Access to view or search the CFMS and HCP Directories.

  • Access to early registration and release of CFMS events and symposiums; Discounts on CrossFit Courses; Access to partner network; Newsletter

  • Yearly membership is $199. Members can join the directory upon completion of an approved CrossFit Credential.

Students

This membership tier is for students studying fields in the health care professions.

  • Access to view or search the CFMS and HCP Directories.

  • Access to early registration and release of CFMS events and symposiums; Discounts on CrossFit Courses; access to partner network; Newsletter.

  • Yearly Membership is $49.

Affiliate Owners

This membership tier is for CrossFit Affiliate Owners, a CFID of the Licensee of Record is required for registration.

  • Access to the CrossFit Medical Society Directory (physicians and physical therapists) and access to the Allied Health Care Provider Directory

  • Directory Access, Newsletters, Early access to CFMS event registration.

  • Membership is free for Affiliate Owners.

Community Members

This membership tier is for community members looking to connect with health care providers from the directory.

  • Access to the CFMS Provider Directory (physicians and physical therapists) and the Allied Health Care Provider Directory.

  • Directory Access and Newsletter

  • Membership is free to all community members, but registration is required.

All membership plans are for a 1 year term. Select the appropriate membership based on required credentials. Once registration is completed, your account will grant access to specific benefits and directories.
