The CFMS is dedicated to equipping individuals with the necessary tools, resources, and provider networks to empower them to claim control over their healthcare journey. Acknowledging the limitations of the current medical model, which is often reactive and fragmented centrally, the CFMS seeks to create an alternative to the existing model of healthcare and empower the individual. Simply put, the goal of the CFMS is to enable individuals to take control of their health.
